    Position summary

    and by taking and responding to inbound calls and communications from customers and Internal Teams regarding Owned Brands and the Outlet Center. This also includes placing incoming orders in the appropriate ordering system and using sales techniques such as upselling, cross-selling, and suggesting add-ons with each order.

    • Serves as product subject matter expert for Owned Brands and understands product portfolio

    • Conducts product demonstrations and training, both in-person and virtually, and acts as a liaison for technical services

    • Remains up to date on Owned Brand and competitors' promotions and handles submissions for promotional offers for Owned Brands as applicable.

    • Assists customers and HS Sales and Support Teams with a variety of customer service and technical support inquiries for Owned Brands and Outlet Center.

    • Collaborates with Field Sales and Operation Teams to manage communication flow on Outlet Center equipment installs. This includes communicating with Outlet Center Operations and Management on scheduling and issues, and updating systems and logs as applicable.

    • Participates in BDMs, internal facing sales events and meetings, and attends and participates in tradeshows/conventions as necessary.

    • Handles customer sales and support activities for Outlet Center including, but not limited to, customer verification and account creation, order confirmation and entry, and RMA and shipping label generation for returns

    • Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management

    SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

    • Ability to work with and establish relationships with Sales Teams, Sales Management, and Operations Teams and Management

    • Knowledge of dental handpiece and small equipment products preferable

    MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

    5-7 years experience in Telesales, Customer Service or other relevant experience

    PREFERRED EDUCATION:

    Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent preferred

    TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    Up to 15% travel. Office environment. No special physical demands required.

    The posted range for this position is $45,000-$55,000 annualized base pay ($21.63 - $ 26.44 /hr) which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to be fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a commission not reflected in the posted range.
