house; removes trash and debris from the floor and performs general organizational tasks
Maintains locations of staged orders
Maintains locations for available inventory, warehouse shipping supplies, janitorial supplies, and miscellaneous items in the warehouse
Processes outbound shipments, pulls orders, processes BOLs, processes packing slips and maintains required documentation
Schedules inbound and outbound shipments and communicates with freight carriers
Reports issues with incoming product including damages, shortages and incorrect items received
Performs inventory checks and reconciles inventory issues by researching inventory and order issues
Processes returns to vendors/suppliers
Trains and provides support for new TSMs
Participates in period inventory inspections and annual physical inventory
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Driver's license required
Forklift certification required (certification may be completed locally)
Pallet jack/hand truck use
Basic computer skills are required in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 2 or more years of related experience.
Previous warehouse experience is recommended
Forklift experience is recommended
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Warehouse environment, utilizing typical warehouse equipment including a forklift, pallet jack and hand trucks in addition to typical office equipment.
