Position summary

o customer, leading technical and commercial negotiations.

  • You will build account plans and sales strategies, acquire a thorough understanding of customer strategy and customer stakeholders as well as processes.

  • You will be anticipating as well as understanding customer needs and projecting solutions. This role will require the ability to anticipate based on the customer's long-term strategy what solutions and concepts could be available to them.

  • You will be responsible for early identification and qualification of sales leads with cross-business sales teams, incl identification of leads with supply of innovative solutions, that are new to the marketplace.

  • You will drive Capture Teams, must Wins, relevant pipeline management and implement local & global sales processes and tools, support bottoms-up Market Insights and Market Outlook (MIMO) process and lead forecasting and long-term demand estimate and lead account reviews.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in business or a technical field.

  • Required with 5 years of professional experience working with Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Product Management and/or Engineering.

  • Ability to build, grow and maintain positive relationships and to build networks to target accounts/stakeholders.

  • Experience in value-based and strategic selling to take the lead in high level sales engagements is an asset.

  • Must have knowledge of data center market and be experienced with Data Center Customers before.

  • Must have a technical mindset to build customer confidence in solutions to open doors and command respect when proposing solutions and support closing the deal.

  • A profound sense of quality and a keen interest in complexities, a sense of urgency, and persistence in achieving goals.

  • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills, leadership, and strong priority.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

  • Excellent communicator (verbal and written), ability to lead this defined strategy internally with multiple product lines in support of proposal responses and contract negotiations.
