Your background:
Bachelor / Master's degree in engineering related major, especially in power, automation or electric, MBA related as plus.
8+ years sales and 3+ years sales team management experience.
Strong leadership, frustration threshold & business results driven.
Team management and people development experience.
Good English & MS Office skills.
Adapt to frequent travel.
