How You'll Make an Impact

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across utilities and industrial users.
Deliver technical presentations, Lunch & Learns, and demand-creation activities.
Partner with Front-End Sales and account teams on visits, forecasting, and planning.
Build and manage long-term customer and channel-partner relationships.
Lead proposal discussions, negotiations, and contract follow-through.
Monitor market trends and provide competitive insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless project execution.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field-or equivalent experience.
5+ years in sales or business development within MV/HV, T&D, or utility sectors.
Strong understanding of power systems, substations, and distribution equipment.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel 30%-50% within assigned region.
