How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies for MV/HV products.

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across utilities and industrial users.

  • Deliver technical presentations, Lunch & Learns, and demand-creation activities.

  • Partner with Front-End Sales and account teams on visits, forecasting, and planning.

  • Build and manage long-term customer and channel-partner relationships.

  • Lead proposal discussions, negotiations, and contract follow-through.

  • Monitor market trends and provide competitive insights.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless project execution.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field-or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years in sales or business development within MV/HV, T&D, or utility sectors.

  • Strong understanding of power systems, substations, and distribution equipment.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to travel 30%-50% within assigned region.
