Other administrative duties: track expenses, prepare expense reports, process related invoices for payment, word processing, filing, manage phones, mail, office supplies etc.
Support to internal projects of the global teams of SCM, Quality & CI, HSE and TTL.
Cover for Executive Assistant to Chief Transformation Officer during her absences.
Your background:
University degree.
Previous relevant work experience in administration (at least 5 years' experience in corporate environment in collaboration with senior leadership also in remote set-up).
Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
Languages: English fluent, spoken and written.
Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP would be a plus.
The successful candidate should demonstrate agility and customer-oriented approach, must be well-organized and details oriented.
Ability and motivation to work in an agile and dynamic environment.
