Position summary

lysis and decisions on Key Fixed Asset investments, establish internal control system to ensure inventory, overdue, accounts receivable and proper custody of company assets.

  • You will present the company business report to management team and attend the business review meetings, work closely with Sales to ensure commercial policy are followed and credit risk are controlled

  • You will monitor the company working capital and review capital plan, push accounts receivable management; work closely with Planning/Warehouse to monitor stock-taking, identify and assesses business risk exposure and define risk mitigation plan with management team.

  • You will support GM in strategic planning and implementation of agreed programs and plans, act as the compliance officer, lead company integrity work and ensure integrity effectiveness.

  • You will be responsible for department subordinate annual performance review, people development and team building.

Your background:

  • You hold master's degree or above, major in financial, accounting.

  • Over 10 years of finance/accounting operational experience.

  • Requires a broad knowledge of diverse financial functions in manufacturing and general business; understanding Hitachi Energy financial and business processes and structure is preferred.

  • Skilled at office software, power BI, SAP, ownership and leadership, team builds and willing to help others. Good inter-personal skills. Result orientation.

  • Positive Attitude, willing to learn and quick to learn. Self-motivator and self-starter & systematic approach to solve problems.

  • Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
