Position summary

l follow and maintain PO's OA, and coordinate to get OTD from supplier.

  1. You will receive PO change applications from plants, drive suppliers to meet the change request, maintain SAP and give feedback to applicants, if necessary, NCR handling, GR issue and invoice issue handling and payment in time.

  2. You will finish reports in agreed timeline and achieve KPIs, train junior buyer operation skills.

  3. You will be good at handling all kinds of purchasing mode and handling complex issues, drive performance improvement of suppliers with low performance independently.

  4. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  1. You hold a degree in bachelors of Economic, Logistics, and other Engineering Major.

  2. Minimum 3 years or above purchasing experience in large industrial plants.

  3. CET-4 levels and above. Fluent at SAP/Oracle ERP system skill.

  4. Good at communication, careful, patient, with good customer service awareness.

  5. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skill.
