Position summary

Prepare and validate financial statements, internal reports, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

  • Act as a trusted operational point of contact for SAP-related questions (FICO, PS, MM, SD), transactional accuracy, posting logic, and reporting procedures.

  • Coordinate with functions such as project execution, supply chain, procurement, and shared services to resolve operational finance issues and ensure alignment with standards.

  • Utilize advanced skills in SAP HANA/ECC, ERP systems, BI tools, and MS Office to drive efficient reporting and data management.

  • Lead or contribute to operational improvement initiatives, including: process standardization, automation of reporting steps, enhancing accuracy and timeliness of closing activities, optimization of SAP master data or posting processes

  • Actively identify and escalate process gaps, proposing operational improvements with clear, practical solutions.

**Your background:
**

  • Should have Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar

  • Must have 5 - 8 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Financial Operations in a multinational environment.

  • Strong SAP HANA skills.

  • Strong expertise in ERP-based controlling processes, financial closing, and complex operational reporting.

  • Proven ability to independently handle complex tasks and lead process execution with minimal supervision.

  • Experience guiding or reviewing the work of other finance professionals.

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a high commitment to data accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

  • Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and discipline in delivering high-quality outputs.

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
