Position summary

  • Drive cases affecting many different customers

  • Owner of internal and external customer complaints and ensure a fast and sustainable solution to customer issues

  • Prepare and present reports to internal and external stakeholders

  • Run improvement projects on specific topics

  • Provide support for and / or lead on-site investigations

  • Identify improvements and drive the implementation

  • Prepare method statements for troubleshooting cases

Your background

  • Bachelor or master's degree in engineering, knowledge of electrical power systems desirable

  • Background in quality function or project management / engineering in gas-insulated switchgear field

  • Fluent English skills, German and any other language are beneficial

  • Experience in quality management and / or project management will be considered a plus

  • Good communication and cultural sensitivity

  • Willingness to travel if needed (max. 10%)
