Position summary

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Manage sales order fulfillment from purchase order acceptance through shipment and warranty phases

  • Drive "clean order" initiatives to streamline order entry and reduce throughput time

  • Collaborate with engineering to deliver complete, high-quality drawing packages

  • Process change orders and coordinate with internal teams to manage post-order adjustments

  • Support revenue goals by resolving shipping holds and attending revenue meetings

  • Handle return authorizations, concessions, milestone billing, and overdue invoices

  • Apply lean methodologies to improve processes and conduct problem-solving events

  • Communicate shipping schedules and proactively resolve potential delays

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent experience

  • Work authorization to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship

  • Onsite availability at our Alamo, TN facility

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus

  • Understanding of general accounting principles

  • Strong organizational and basic project management skills
