How You'll Make an Impact
Manage sales order fulfillment from purchase order acceptance through shipment and warranty phases
Drive "clean order" initiatives to streamline order entry and reduce throughput time
Collaborate with engineering to deliver complete, high-quality drawing packages
Process change orders and coordinate with internal teams to manage post-order adjustments
Support revenue goals by resolving shipping holds and attending revenue meetings
Handle return authorizations, concessions, milestone billing, and overdue invoices
Apply lean methodologies to improve processes and conduct problem-solving events
Communicate shipping schedules and proactively resolve potential delays
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent experience
Work authorization to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship
Onsite availability at our Alamo, TN facility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
Understanding of general accounting principles
Strong organizational and basic project management skills
