Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in sales, business development, or business management

  • Deep understanding of the transformer services market and customer needs

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive results

  • The ability to travel domestically and internationally is an essential part of this position. Travel up to 50%
