Engineering Manager

• Build strong and positive relationships with our Customers and with the other functions (Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Project Management, Operations, etc...)

• Ensure we meet our targets while adhering to safety requirements, quality standards, company procedures and contractual specifications.

• Continuously monitor the Engineering function performance through appropriate indicators and systematically capture opportunities to improve our processes and output.

• Be an advocate of our Engineering Digital Transformation, making sure that state of the art tools are in place and properly used.

• Be part of a broad Engineering Community, supporting others and getting supported by our best experts around the globe.

Your background

• Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical are preferred).

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Power Transformer field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing Design Teams as a people manager.

• Knowledge of transformers design, manufacturing, testing and operations.

• Excellent intercultural sensitivity and ability to develop and maintain healthy working relationships.

• Strong communication skills and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
