Your background
University degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
Previous experience from Engineering or R&D
Knowledge in transformers or transformer components is preferred.
Some years of managerial experience is a merit.
You are skilled at managing different types of people, able to coach as well as motivate and inspire others
Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in Swedish highly desireable.
