Accountable for the team as per Hitachi Energy compliance, Integrity, Health & Safety. Responsible for personnel assessments / people's review, target setting for the direct reports.
Identify people's development area(s) and implement, Identify key competence area and have succession planning.
Participate in unit's strategic work and develop local strategy. Workout future scope expansion and competence development.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
You hold a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum work experience of 10+ years in Design of auxiliary power for substation/power plant/ Oil and gas.
Experience handling a team in project/tender.
Time schedule & engineering cost.
Good knowledge of process structuring & process management.
You must have Knowledge & Skills in Eplan or Elecdes, PLM Tools.
Knowledge & Experience MS Office: Word, Excel.
Good communication skills.
