Your background

  • You have a university degree within engineering or equivalent professional experience.

  • Experience working in an engineering environment within acoustics and/or structural dynamics.

  • Experience working as manager and/or leader for several years.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish

  • Experience working in an environment with continuously emerging opportunities and challenges, and the ability to lead through changes

  • Ability to prioritize and allocate resources to align with department and company goals.
