Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in training within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and transformer technologies.
Proven skills in instructional design and curriculum development.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtual.
Ability to travel 10-25% as needed.
