Position summary

  • Own and manage the executive's agenda, ensuring optimal time allocation, prioritization, and preparedness.

  • Oversee access to the executive and act as gatekeeper for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and follow-ups.

  • Receive, screen, and relay telephone and email messages from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage, filter, and prioritize communication to support efficient decision-making.

  • Ensure timely escalation and follow-up on critical items requiring executive attention. Navigate and support internal processes such as financial workflows, authorization procedures, and internal controls.

  • Apply functional understanding to anticipate needs and ensure process compliance.

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Strong sense of initiative with an ability to anticipate needs.

  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

  • Should have master's or bachelor's degree in any stream

  • Must have 8+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.

  • Proven stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to interact across levels.
