Position summary

eers and factory IT to understand semiconductor production processes, data pipelines and FDC programming.

  • Develop, test, and deploy FDC extraction routines for processes in a production environment. Configure extraction logic to define process triggers and sub-steps, extract relevant time-series process parameters, perform mathematical transformations, and send validated results back to equipment integration systems making it available for the process control using statistical process control (SPC) software.

  • Support postproduction FDC extraction rollout, collect feedback after deployment, and optimize extraction routines as required in coordination with process experts.

  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation of process recipes and corresponding FDC extraction files in Azure DevOps.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or a related technical field; or a master's degree (ME/MTech/MS) in physics or engineering.

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience is required.

  • He/ she should have knowledge with programming languages such as C# or Python.

  • Must have knowledge and experience working with Azure DevOps and Git.

  • Prior knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is preferred.

  • Experience with process monitoring and control using SPC software, exposure to industrial data analytics, FDC systems using scalable machine learning initiatives are preferred.

  • Ability to work effectively as a team player in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.

  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
