Field Service Engineer - Energy & Power (f/m/d)

Lead multicultural service projects for GCB on power plants from 20 MW to 1600 MW worldwide

• Ensure smooth and timely execution of installation and maintenance work on site

• Perform the final quality check and guarantee that all work meets our high standards

• Deliver product training directly to customers at their facilities

• Identify risks proactively and implement effective mitigation measures

• Coordinate on-site teams and give practical, clear instructions

• Manage resource and provide regular reporting to project management

• Drive process improvements and implement efficiency-boosting initiatives on site

Your background

• Completed apprenticeship in metalwork, electrical engineering, or automotive technology

• Solid electrical knowledge (essential); further education such as a technician diploma is a plus

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience; experience in site leadership is an advantage

• Good English skills (B2 or above); German is a plus

• High willingness to travel - up to 80% worldwide

• Flexible, resilient, and communicative team player who enjoys solving problems pragmatically and values high safety and quality standards
