Position summary

livering training sessions and proactively resolving complex issues

  • Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax regulations, local GAAP, and e-invoicing mandates

  • Drive internal customer satisfaction by delivering services in line with agreed service levels and expectations

  • Collaborate closely with Finance Common Shared Services Center teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process execution

  • Support the implementation of global initiatives and projects

  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and user experience

  • Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and responses

  • Execute responsibilities in alignment with the organization's internal control framework

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles, ideally with a focus on accounting and team leadership

  • Prior experience in a Shared Service Center environment is an advantage

  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Management is highly desirable

  • Good knowledge of IFRS and local statutory accounting standards

  • Proven track record in leading projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives

  • Excellent communication skills in English written and verbal, German language an advantage

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
