Responsible of Real Estate data management, generating reports on RE occupancy for PG India Real Estate cluster.
Drive appropriate cost structure and productivity optimization.
Ensure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures. Define and implement internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations.
Ensure compliance with corporate and country standards, regulations, and guidelines. Support internal and external audits.
Lead cross-functional initiatives that support strategic goals. Ensure continuous improvement in the financial control process in alignment with global standards and local policies.
Ensure timely and efficient communication with relevant Local/Country/Division/Region Controllers, Finance Business Services or Centers of Expertise, and other internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality and efficiency for area of
responsibility.
Prepare financial reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Guarantee Real Estate reporting and controlling according to corporate directives and instructions, SOX and law.
Responsible for countrywide accounting reconciliation and vendor coordination for accounting matters related to PG Real Estate service providers.
Support the Real Estate planning process by providing necessary analysis of progress in current RE projects and maintain the projects pipeline in coordination with key stakeholders, support the RE execution team in complete P2P cycle for Real Estate construction projects.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
8~10 years of experience with Finance Controlling and reporting.
Experience in Real Estate operational management is desired.
Thorough experience in working with SAP, Financial Reporting tools and complex use of MS Excel.
High level of integrity, transparency and ownership.
Self-responsible and independent working methods as well as a quick understanding & learning.
Team player with high level of reliability, accuracy and care.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
