**Role Purpose**  
  
Support the analytics function by providing insights through data analysis, visualization, and reporting. This role helps drive data-driven decision-making for HE.  
  
**Key Responsibilities**  
  

-   Collect and analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and variances.
-   Support KPI tracking and performance reporting
-   Assist in ad-hoc analysis for leadership decision-making.
-   Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports.
-   Participate in automation and digitalization initiatives for analytics processes.

  
**Required Skills**  
  

-   Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
-   Experience - 5 - 8 years in FP&A.
-   Basic understanding of financial metrics and business performance indicators.
-   Good communication and presentation skills.
-   Work location will be Bangalore.

  
**Education**  
  

-   Master's degree in finance (CA / CMA preferred).

  
**Preferred Skills**  
  

-   Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred
