How you'll make an impact
Act as a role model by exemplifying Hitachi Energy's Leadership Pillars-vision, collaboration, accountability, and people development. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and requirements for GI MACH and T&SD.
Oversee life-cycle management of your HVDC Control & Protection domain and Identify business needs and tech trends to ensure continuous improvement of hardware solutions aligned with strategic goals.
Support major technical decisions impacting hardware delivery and solutions. Contribute to the HVDC Control & Protection core management team to shape departmental strategy and operations.
Lead continuous improvement, transformation, and standardization efforts for hardware solutions.
Stay informed on global developments and evolving methodologies in your field.
Collaborate across domains with the Global Product Owner team to steer the HVDC Control & Protection product offering.
Your background
Deep expertise in the MACH platform, HVDC Control & Protection hardware, technical standards, and customer engagement.
Strong communicator with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Passionate about technology, quality, and continuous improvement; decisive and self-driven in dynamic environments.
Proactive and collaborative, thriving in change and valuing diverse perspectives.
Customer-focused with a structured, problem-solving mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish or other languages is a plus.
