Design, develop, and deploy global SCM training programs, ensuring consistency, scalability, and operational relevance for global, regional and factory teams
Establish specific KPIs to measure effectiveness, impact, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives in line with Hitachi Energy SCM functional and BU Training governance
Collaborate with SCM leaders, Subject Matter Experts, and global/regional stakeholders to identify capability gaps and ensure technical accuracy of training content
Support the adoption of standardized SCM processes, tools, and best practices through structured learning solutions
Drive a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the SCM community
Promote innovative learning approaches and digital solutions to enhance engagement and learning effectiveness
Your background
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, training, learning & development, or a related functional leadership role
Proven experience in designing, deploying, and governing global training programs within complex, matrix organizations
Strong understanding of end-to-end SCM processes, including sourcing, planning, logistics, supplier management, and sustainability
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across global and regional teams
Analytical mindset with experience in defining KPIs, measuring training impact, and driving continuous improvement
Digital and technology savviness in managing and executing training using modern digital and AI-enabled technologies
Ability to work effectively in an international environment and manage multiple projects/initiatives in parallel with proven track record of successfully managed projects
