upport Operational Excellence across factories, ensure critical processes are standardized across sites, define and execute harmonization and improvement projects in collaboration with other factories peers.
You will monitor transfer of Design Special Characteristics identified in D-FMEA of RnD Projects to P-FMEA, participate to D-FMEA, monitor that all special characteristics (Design & Process) identified in FMEA are part of Quality Control Plan (IQC & Suppliers or in-process quality control), key User of key tools such as new global Web Application Plato - to be deployed for FMEA & relevant tool for Process flow & Quality Control Plan digitalization.
You will facilitate Lessons Learned and best practices implementation in the feeder factories for circuit breakers, collaborate with factory, HUB Quality and OpEx functions, ensure incorporation of CCRP points, GPG lessons learnt & best practices in FMEA & change management decisions and support quality and OpEx targets implementation for Global Product Group.
You will support global manufacturing footprint decisions and implementations including new product implementation and transfer of production, drive global quality task force for issue related to portfolio specification or design on case by case.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
Graduate degree in engineering, for example mechanical, Industrial, Process or quality engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project execution in a manufacturing environment, ideally with product or process implementation projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in methodologies such as FMEA, DMAIC, 8D, 5 Why. Ability to break down complex challenges into actionable items
Strong analytical skills to work with production data & documents: Work Instructions, Assembly Drawings, Quality Control Plan from different production sites, willingness to travel (once a quarter) and work with our global manufacturing sites across the world.
Preferred previous Manufacturing Production Process Engineering experience (FMEA, product care, Production processes & assembly methods optimization) or previous quality experience (IQC, in-process quality Control, Supplier Quality Control), experience with high-voltage products and components is an advantage.
Fluent written and spoken English matched with good communication and presentation skills.
