Perform self-assessment of LSR at every site inspection and workplace, service sites visit.
Implement the HSE operating system in Service BU. Visit site and provide technical support to the BU service team.Perform internal audits - report - timely closure.
Identify and implement opportunities for continual improvement in Service BU
Identify potential hazards in workplace, project, and service sites and proactively perform Risk Management & ABRA Assessments.
Work with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate risks at project and service sites.
Provide guidance during project planning stages and deliver Safety Expertise for Projects safe executions.
Regularly conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance, present detailed reports with action plans during monthly meetings, and drive the implementation of these actions until completion.
Foster a culture of proactive HSE practices and employee engagement and Safety Awareness Promotions.
Conduct induction and job-specific training for workers and employees in the planned schedule of the training calendar.
Monitor systems according to ISO14001 & ISO 45001 standards.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor or Diploma degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
8-10 years of working in the HSE field, at industrial facilities. Worked in transformer industry will added advantage
Full-time ADIS, PDIS, Safety course (at least 1 year), NEBOSH will be preferred.
Completion of an OSHA training program is an added advantage.
Strong technical knowledge in construction, EPC, power, electrical installations, substations and switchyard project & service activities.
Influence stakeholders' perspectives of requirements and activities. Ability to Audit and Incident Reporting.
In depth knowledge of country legislation and procedures.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
