Support and implement Group and Business Unit HSE programs.
Promote engagement and safe behaviors across the site.
Contribute to HSE strategic planning and KPI achievement.
Your background
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience, ideally with HSE exposure.
Knowledge of OSHA requirements is preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
Experience with safety culture or behavior-based safety programs is a plus.
Authorization to work in the United States required.
