Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Lead and develop a high-performing HSSE team that supports site objectives.
Design and execute HSSE strategies focused on learning and prevention.
Partner with site leaders through coaching and trusted advisory support.
Apply risk-based and operational learning approaches to daily work.
Strengthen incident, near-miss, and learning processes that are non-punitive.
Use audits and inspections as tools for insight and improvement.
Analyze trends and share clear HSSE insights across the organization.
Contribute to global and regional HSSE programs and best practices.
Your background
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental, Chemical, or Occupational Health Sciences.
Around 8 years of HSE experience, ideally within manufacturing environments.
At least 3 year of experience in a people or team leadership role.
Strong capability in coaching, influencing, and collaborative problem solving.
Working knowledge of HSSE regulations and management systems.
Confidence operating in matrixed and cross-functional organizations.
