How you'll make an impact
You will be leading the process control by reviewing EOC effectiveness with HUB engineering manager, reviewing DFMEA effectiveness with HUB engineering manager and by reviewing PFMEA effectiveness.
You will support for NCR analysis of export project, CCRP analysis of export project (EBIT, AOD...).
You will provide improvement project proposals according to NCR & CCRP analysis result.
You will be monitoring the improvement action execution based on CCRP & NCR.
You audit QIP for export market implementation, GPG & HUB quality alert implementation.
You will manage TOP cross HUB quality issue (demand & supply), check TOP cross HUB quality issue RCA report and drive the RCA culture.
You will have regular meetings with APMEA & EUC (the biggest two demand side) to collect customer voice.
You will provide lesson learned and BP sharing between HUBs before delivery and after delivery LL & BP sharing internal HUB.
You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
You hold a bachelor's degree.
Holding 5+ years of work experience in quality or engineering.
Experience in leading/coaching multi-disciplinary teams with 2+ years.
Certified in L6S yellow belt.
Skilled additional qualities such as being the voice of customer, systematic problem solving, risk management, conflict management, influence, change management and contributing to continuous improvement in process management
Fluent in spoken English.
