**How you'll make an impact**  
  

-   Preparation of financial analysis and reports for IT departments (actuals vs budget, forecast vs actuals), incl. data reconciliation and gap analysis.
-   Management of purchase order process, surety of invoice posting and on-time payment
-   Support with preparation of monthly management reporting
-   Support with IT charging processes
-   Communication with local units and functional representatives, close collaboration with procurement and accounts payable team
-   Learning to use IT tools such as Power BI and SAP

  
**Your background**  
  

-   You are a university student (preferable at least 3rd year, Finance, Controlling or Economics)
-   You are an open and communicative person
-   You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
-   You know English on at least C1 level
-   You are detail-oriented, well-structured, and responsible, with strong analytical skills
-   Problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset and proactive personality
