**The opportunity**  
  
Project handles the complexity of the IEC 61850 standard ( (international standard defining communication protocols for intelligent electronic devices at electrical substations) and enables conformance to the standard by several Hitachi Energy applications.  
  
**How you'll make an impact**  
  

-   Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages (C# .NET)
-   Write test code coverage
-   Work with documentation
-   Cooperate with engineers of applications integrating our component

  
**Your background**  
  

-   You are a university student (Master's degree students of Computer Science or similar majors preferred)
-   Professional experience in a similar role will be an additional asset
-   Knowledge of .NET C#
-   You are familiar with asynchronous programming, you have good understanding OOP and SOLID principles
-   You can write code based on documentations (International Standards) and/or consultations in English
-   You have basic understanding of software design and architecture
-   Good written and spoken communication in English
-   You are able to work in hybrid mode - 2 days/week in our office in Kraków
