**The opportunity**  
  
We are looking for an intern to support the Purchasing Team during the summer holidays. During this internship you will learn about P2P (procure to pay) process and help manage it, you will have an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and learn to use SAP.  
  
**How you'll make an impact**  
  

-   Analyzing purchase requisitions in SAP system
-   Placing orders to suppliers
-   Getting orders confirmations
-   Supervising deliveries to the factory once transport is on suppliers' side, as well as arranging transportation with the central team
-   Managing quantity and prices difference between invoices and deliveries
-   Learning to use SAP
-   Process improvements projects

  
**Your background**  
  

-   You are a university student graduating in 2026 or later
-   You know MS Office software
-   You are proficient in English and Polish
-   You have teamwork and collaboration skills
-   You are adaptable and focused on continuous learning
