on building test scenario of data models and reports for UAT
Participate in UAT, supporting business users and resolving discrepancies in data.Participate actively to product documentation.
Maintain regular contact with business stakeholders to anticipate future needs for analytics
Responsible for L2, L3 and L4 Tickets Management and ensuring approved Change Requests are deployed as per Agile process
Lead RCA for defects observed in the IT deployments and/or multiple tickets for similar incidences
Your background:
Education: min. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master degree is advantage.
Experience: (5+ years) as an IT Application Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the quality domain.
Strong understanding of Quality Domain topics: processes and systems.
Soft skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders); effective time management and organizational skills; collaborative and adaptable team player (with experience working in cross-functional environments)
Stakeholder management: ability to build positive relationships with business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
Analytical skills: ability to connect data and processes to create and manage IT Solution
Technical skills : proficiency in API integration, ; advanced MS Excel &Power BI for Data Analytics & Reporting; understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, familiarity with cloud-based technologies(Azure) and services.
