IT Service Delivery Manager

ocal IT professionals, manage vendors, and drive governance and standards in a dynamic factory environment. From supporting daily operations to leading IT build projects and responding to cybersecurity events, your impact will be tangible and meaningful.

This is a full-time, onsite role based at the factory you're assigned to, offering the chance to see the immediate results of your work and build strong, lasting partnerships across operations**.** Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How you'll make an impact

• Lead IT service delivery for assigned factory sites

• Serve as the primary IT escalation point for the business

• Ensure effective ticket management, triage, and resolution

• Deliver and support onsite IT infrastructure and applications

• Oversee local IT governance, security, and cybersecurity response

• Manage IT demand intake and prioritize business requirements

• Lead IT build and improvement projects at site level

• Coordinate IT vendors and global delivery teams

• Plan and control site IT budget and costs

• Enable secure machine and network connectivity

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology

• 2+ years in an IT leadership or management role

• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments

• Project management experience for complex initiatives

• Strong communication skills in English; additional local language skills valued
