How you'll make an impact
You will be responsible for the factory test of tap changer and bushing including RIP and OIP.
You will conduct in - depth analysis of the problems arising during the test process, find out the root causes, put forward effective solutions, and promptly feedback to the relevant departments. Cooperate with the Engineering, production and other teams to jointly optimize the product or process to improve the product performance and quality.
You will be using professional data analysis methods to sort, analyze and evaluate the test data, and extract valuable information and conclusions.
You will be responsible for the daily maintenance, repair and regular calibration of test equipment and instruments to ensure the normal operation and accuracy of the equipment. Establish equipment files, record the use, maintenance and repair of equipment, and promptly handle equipment failures to ensure the smooth progress of test work.
You need to pay attention to the latest standards and specifications in the industry, update the test methods and processes in a timely manner to ensure that the test work meets the relevant requirements.
You will closely cooperate with the Engineering, production, quality and other departments, promptly communicate the test progress and results, and provide strong support for product R&D, production and quality control.

Your background
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above, major in electrical engineering or related.
Excellent on English written & spoken, CET 4 or above.
2 years of high voltage test or substation test experience.
Familiar with test data analysis and preparing test reports.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Team player with high level of initiative for cooperation and knowledge-sharing.
