1. 参加对应产品线班组晨会、周会, 宣贯质量案例与作业方法培训（Lesson learn）；

2. 与对应产品线的白领协同, 收集质量跟踪卡与质量检验计划的更新需求；

3. 按照生产计划与检验计划做日常巡检, 质量控制, 质量问题反馈, 及时制止不合质量规程作业并督促执行部门按照要求进行作业；

4. 参加周期性工艺记录检查, 跟踪整改项有效落实；

5. 协助对应产品线白领的必要工作与质量改进项目.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience

任职要求

1. College degree or above, major in mechanical/electrical related fields;

2. More than 3 years of experience in high-voltage/medium voltage product technology, quality inspection/testing, service, and production team management, with knowledge of high-voltage power equipment;

3. Sense of responsibility, patience, organizational and coordination skills, and language communication abilities, with the ability and willingness to learn quickly;

4. High execution ability, able to adapt to multitasking and constantly changing priorities;

5. Proficient in using office automation software;

6. High voltage combination electrical equipment background priority（GIS）.

7. 大专及以上, 机械/电气相关专业；

8. 3年以上高压/中压产品工艺、质量检查/检测、服务、生产班组管理相关经验, 了解高压电力设备；

9. 责任心, 耐心, 组织协调能力及语言沟通能力, 有快速学习的能力和意愿；

10. 执行力高, 能够适应多任务和不断变化的优先级；

11. 熟练使用办公自动化软件；

12. 高压组合电器背景优先.
