Position summary

possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, MOQ, quality, lead-time, and flexibility.

  • You will work with Operations Buyers and GBS to align planning of material with call offs and ensures that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders.

  • You will manage MRP (Materials Resource Planning) exception messages on a daily basis, support cycle counting and/or year-end inventory counting, conduct financial risk assessments decisions relating to inventory and conduct root case analysis when necessary.

  • You will analyze excess and obsolete/aging inventory, take appropriate action for optimizing inventory performance, in collaboration with sales, marketing, manufacturing and Procurement & Logistics.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in any related field, or Engineering field or Material/Inventory Planner & Control or Supply Chain & Logistics will be advantage.

  • More than 5 years in Inventory and Material Planner & Control, Buyer or Purchasing, Supply planning & Sourcing Engineer, Transport & logistics, will be advantage.

  • Strong Planning and Systematic thinking, Good in communication and Negotiation, and work well under time pressure.

  • Computer skill in any ERP or SAP. advance-Excel will be advantage.

  • Good command of Thai, English communication.
