Position summary

FACTS, Grid and Power Quality solutions such as offshore wind connections, and Semiconductors. We offer Power Consulting for key segments in the energy system, such as renewables, transmission distribution and as well as e-transportation solutions

How you'll make an impact:

  • You will implement the Global Product Group strategy in the Country/Cluster, and ensures business development, including profit and loss (P&L), in domestic and allocated market.

  • You will provide input to Global Product Group strategy, participate in Local Business Unit strategy development in partnership with local management team. You will ensure to development of performance targets in line with global targets, achievement through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed, evaluate market opportunities and decide appropriate activities in line with the strategy.

  • You will ensure profitable business growth in the domestic and allocated market, oversee production and/or execution of high-quality products, services and processes, monitor quality metrics, identify opportunities for improvement in local execution and oversee improvement activities, ensure the execution of projects according to agreed targets in terms of schedule, quality, financial results and customer satisfaction.

  • You will oversee relevant local Research and Development initiatives, build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

  • You will ensure (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed, guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • Tertiary education in engineering degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering

  • Minimum 12 to18 years in P&L experience and 15 years Engineering in a Substation or Power sector.

  • Excellent Power System and Substation Engineering knowledge.

  • Leadership skill to lead a team of 50 members

  • Excellent communication skills
