Your Background
Formal qualification in IT from an accredited institution or apprenticeship.
Manufacturing Industry experience required.
Two years of professional IT support experience.
Fluency in local and English language, with excellent communication skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Legal authorization to work in the applied location.
Familiarity with Service Now IT Enterprise Platform, MS Office 365, Windows, iOS, and asset management tools.
Preferred ITIL 4 and Lean 6 Sigma certification.
