How you'll make an impact

  • Leading the development and execution of Sales and Operations Planning processes to align production with customer demand forecasts.

  • Collaborating with other regions to synchronize the end-to-end value chain for enhanced efficiency.

  • Managing resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization.

  • Implementing robust inventory management practices across all inventory categories.

  • Coaching local teams in best practice for resource management and short-term planning processes.

  • Ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders while minimizing inventory levels.

  • Establishing standard operating procedures for operative purchasing and material planning.

  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives using ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to align with project management and procurement.

  • Mentoring a team of planners and fulfillment specialists to achieve departmental objectives.

  • Responsible for Customer OTD

  • Providing leadership supporting the implementation and changes to business process of planning systems and ERPs for the HUB.

  • Coaching and training local units to use the systems and take the utmost advantage of their functionalities.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

  • Min 8 years of experience in planning and fulfillment, supply chain management, or operations management.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively and engage with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
