• Partnering with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, and IT to gather requirements, trans-late business needs into analytical solutions, and challenge requirements constructively where needed.

• Appling Hitachi Energy data governance principles, ensure proper documentation, version control, and compliance with data security, privacy, and access policies.

• Continuously enhance dashboards based on user feedback, contribute to analytics best practices, and support user adoption through documentation, training material, or knowledge sharing.

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Proven experience in Power BI (Power BI Desktop and Service)

• Strong expertise in DAX and Power Query.

• Solid understanding of data modeling principles and KPI design.

• Experience working with enterprise data sources (ERP, CRM, Excel, SharePoint, SQL)

• Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Structured, quality-driven mindset with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
