How you'll make an impact:
Improve and monitor Safety in production line, include PPE. MC guard and Tool Equipment calibration.
Annual revise ABRA , revised if change process and create a new ABRA in case implement new process/MC.
Involve investigate team when we have an Incident, Accidents , property damage or any near miss in production.
In charge to reviewed and revised Global standard, provide local WI and training to all Staffs.
Involve investigate quality issues in production (RCA),find out root cause and setup proactive & preventive action for prevent repetitive problem.
Support External and Customer audits.
Improvement and promote to Safety, Quality and Productivity Kaizen.
Annual Quality & Process training, skill record and Multi skill.
Cost saving activity , improve rework and material cost. Create Hard & OPEX hard saving.
Expedite CAPEX activity to meet as cost and delivery plan
Main in charge at Final process, specific at Cabling and packing process.
Contact to SCM ,Logistic, Engineer and other section to solving shop floor problem.
Can rotation to other process as Supervisor assignment.
Your background:
Bachelor's degree of Industrial Engineering or in any field
Min. 5 years' Experience in productions planning and shop-floor control and/or productions improvement and process improvement.
Experience in Transformer Manufacturing will be advantage.
Good command of Thai, English communication.
Computer skill in SAP-PP module will be advantage.
Good Knowledge in computer engineering applications (PLC, Auto CAD).
