Collaborate across departments to support project-based procurement needs
Optimize supplier relationships and contract terms for long-term value
Monitor procurement performance and report key metrics to drive improvement
Support inventory management and process optimization initiatives
Champion talent development and succession planning within the SCM team
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
10+ years of experience in SCM, logistics, or manufacturing environments
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Proven leadership experience in procurement or supply chain teams
Proficiency in SAP (5+ years required); Ariba and ISNetworld experience a plus
APICS certification and MBA preferred
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
