If you enjoy combining engineering expertise with system thinking and automation, this is the opportunity for you.

How you'll make an impact

  • Create strategy and implement transformer designs with a strong focus on modular design principles and the development of a configurable variants' portfolio.

  • Build standardized design modules, product configurators, and tools that streamline quotation and design workflows, ensuring iterative improvements to meet evolving market needs.

  • Identify risks and opportunities to simplify designs, boost reuse, and automate processes.

  • Collaborate Globally - Work with customers and cross-functional teams to translate needs into modular rules and product structures.

  • Shape the Future - Build and maintain product configurators, define configuration logic, and improve tools and processes for scalability.

  • Develop libraries of reusable components and ensure manufacturability, cost-efficiency, and performance. Implement configuration logic and validation rules.

  • Continuously improve modulation processes, tools, and design quality. Develop module transformer designs meeting customer requirements.

  • Create standard designs and assemblies suitable for various factories globally. Develop modules reflecting different customer-oriented requirements.

  • Organize distribution transformer design into distinct modules to decrease lead time. Create and validate standard modules and configurable assemblies.

  • Evaluate customer requirements and provide comprehensive solutions for the engineering value chain. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management, operations, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to collect and integrate design requirements.

  • Assess current and future design modules and optimization needs in relation to project and business objectives.

  • Ensure modular designs align with manufacturability and component availability. Support selection of standardized components.

  • Validate modules and assemblies to ensure manufacturing accuracy. Produce standard customer drawings, manufacturing drawings, and release Bill of Materials.

  • Add separate module lists to simplify part ordering. Coordinate with different factories team to make the modulation design.
