Previous leadership experience in a production environment within the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of production planning, resource allocation, and process optimization.
Proven ability to lead teams toward operational goals and continuous improvement.
Experience collaborating across departments such as engineering, logistics, and maintenance.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Solid grasp of safety, quality, and efficiency standards in manufacturing.
