Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field preferred.
5+ years of manufacturing experience; SAP ERP experience required.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean concepts, and quality systems.
Proven leadership skills with experience motivating and developing teams.
Skilled in analyzing operational data, KPIs, and financial metrics.
Strong communication skills; MS Office and Power BI experience is a plus.
