Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field preferred.

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience; SAP ERP experience required.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean concepts, and quality systems.

• Proven leadership skills with experience motivating and developing teams.

• Skilled in analyzing operational data, KPIs, and financial metrics.

• Strong communication skills; MS Office and Power BI experience is a plus.
