Your background:
B.E./B. Tech/M. Tech with minimum 8-10 Years of Experience in any Engineering Discipline (i.e., Systems Engineering, Primary & Secondary Engineering).
You should have experience with Medium to High Voltage Projects in Power System - Substations Domain.
You must have knowledge of Power Systems equipment and their purpose. Example, Power Transformers, Capacitors, Reactors, Instrument Transformer and measuring equipment, Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors and Surge Arrestors
You should have knowledge on international standards (i.e., IEEE/IEC/GIGRE).
Strong interpersonal and Presentation Skill.
Dynamic and Proactive, willing to grow in the organization
Comprehensive knowledge of related disciplines in the organization.
Team player, ready to play the role across the different countries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
