anage assigned project(s) according to agreed contractual conditions within schedule and budget while acting as single point contact for all delivery fulfilment activities and customer satisfaction from project booking to commissioning and close-out phase.
You will be responsible for coordination and interface with customers, internal delivery units, technical teams (on-shore or off-shore) & other contractors for timely execution of all project activities either directly or by delegating to the concerned team member.
You will take ownership of all aspects of project planning & scheduling, resourcing, timely invoicing & cash collection. Reviews progress periodically & prepares progress reports, communicates to customer and internally to all stakeholders.
You will regularly evaluate project 'costs to complete' vs allocated budget, project risks/opportunities and plans/lead/execute mitigation actions, maintain records and pursue variation claims where applicable, responsible for project financial KPIs in terms of gross margin, cash flow and final result of the assigned project(s).
You will act as the champion for Hitachi processes and policies, contributes to development of standard processes and work instructions by adopting internal as well as industry best practices. Ensures that lessons learned from all execution are analyzed and conclusions are incorporated as continuous improvement actions. You will promote and enforces safe working environment by enforcing and supporting adequate HSE measures in all activities undertaken by himself & the team. Follows ethics and compliances as per company guidelines.

Your background:
You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, Electrical or Electronics preferred.
Relevant 6 to10 years of project management in Engineering, procurement & construction environment.
PMP certification or PMBOK familiarity is a differentiator.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel; demonstrated Negotiation skills, knowledge of FIDIC contracts (yellow/orange/red book) is an advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills are essential, proven ability to handle customer comments and contractual responses is a must.
