Position summary

will make an impact:**

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects and/or project workstreams, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Accountable for a complete project lifecycle within agreed scope, covering both business and IT areas

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Service BU stakeholders, Service BU BST teams, IT infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture and Information Security to define project requirements and deliverables.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation in Waterfall, Agile and hybrid methodologies

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices within Service Business.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

  • Manage implementation partners and vendors for a successfully project delivery

  • Ensure that overall project delivery is in line with overall Service BU Transformation and BST strategies

Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 10 years profound experience in IT technology

  • Minimum 5 year's experience in managing IT or business projects/programs within multi-national large-scale organizations, preferably in IT applications related area

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

  • Knowledge of various Service Business related systems and solutions is a plus

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and fluent English
