Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects and/or project workstreams, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Accountable for a complete project lifecycle within agreed scope, covering both business and IT areas
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Service BU stakeholders, Service BU BST teams, IT infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture and Information Security to define project requirements and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation in Waterfall, Agile and hybrid methodologies
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices within Service Business.
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Manage implementation partners and vendors for a successfully project delivery
Ensure that overall project delivery is in line with overall Service BU Transformation and BST strategies
Your background:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years profound experience in IT technology
Minimum 5 year's experience in managing IT or business projects/programs within multi-national large-scale organizations, preferably in IT applications related area
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
Knowledge of various Service Business related systems and solutions is a plus
Good interpersonal and communication skills and fluent English
